Our coaching staff brings decades of combined experience and has competed at high levels across CrossFit, weightlifting, and field sports — which means your training isn’t just hard, it’s smart, structured, and progressive.

Must have at least 6 months experience at another CrossFit Affiliate, or
At least 6 months of Olympic Weightlifting experience at a weightlifting gym, or
Recently completed a Foundations Course at another CrossFit Affiliate
