NEW TO CROSSFIT

Our Foundations Program is a required onboarding experience for anyone new to CrossFit or returning after time away. It’s a two-session, small-group course designed to teach the core barbell lifts, foundational movements, and training principles that make our classes safe, effective, and confidence-building. More than just learning what to do, you’ll learn how to move — so you can train with clarity, control, and purpose from your very first class.

Foundations is where we get to know you, assess your movement, and help you build the habits that lead to long-term success. You’ll leave knowing the flow of class, how to scale appropriately, and how to approach your training in a way that supports your goals — whether that’s getting stronger, feeling better, or simply showing up consistently. It’s not a barrier to entry — it’s your first win.

The Course is held every Tuesday at 6:15pm. If that time doesn't work for your schedule we will find another time to get you in.

Is Foundations Right for Me?

  • You have less than 6 months or no previous CrossFit experience, or

  • It has been an extended period of time since you last belonged to a CrossFit gym, or

  • You need a refresher on the barbell movements
